MYMIX 16CH INPUT BOX W/ADAT
MYMIX
| The IEX16L-A 16-channel input expander offers two 8-channel digital inputs utilizing the common ADATT format, allowing 16 audio channels to be streamed in 24-bit, 48kHz into a myMix system. The IEX16L-A has an additional 16 analog line-level channel inputs which can be switched in blocks of eight, allowing the flexibility to use either 16 digital, 8 analog and 8 digital, or all 16 channels in analog. As the number of myMix system devices is unlimited, one can easily set up 160 input signals, using any combination of IEX16L-A or local myMix inputs. Movek's Mathias von Heydekampf states, "As one of the first manufacturers to adopt AVB it was clear to us that eventually every device would have AVB connectivity. In the meantime, the ADAT interface allows an easy and cost effective way to bring digital audio into myMix, either directly from the console or sound card, or via additional interfaces. For example, with four IEX16L-A and a MADI to ADAT interface it is now possible to have up to 64 inputs via MADI to myMix. Virtually all digital consoles have ADAT or MADI output options, so integration with myMix becomes easy." As with the analog IEX-16L, the IEX16L-A is a 1U 19" rack mount unit, with 16 multi-color LEDS to indicate signal present and clip. In addition to the network port, it has a configuration port for the configuration and labeling of input channels as well as locking functionality. » Networked Personal Mixer & Multi-trk Rec - (MYMIX) With myMix it's simple to create up to 8 independent stereo mixes with up to sixteen channels of audio controlled » more |
