We offer full service and support for all Jands products that have been sold in New Zealand by Jands Ltd, this includes:

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:

WE NO LONGER PROVIDE ANY BACKUP FOR HARMAN PRODUCTS NOT SOLD IN NZ BY JANDS LTD THROUGH OUR DEALER NETWORK. To make sure you can receive full backup, spare parts and support, please ensure your Harman products are purchased through Jands Ltd or an authorised Jands Ltd dealer. If you are unsure please contact us and we can advise whether your product has been purchased through Jands.

BOOKING IN A SERVICE JOB

Please call Jands (contact details below) or email for an RA Return Authorisation number, you will need to provide the following information to book your job in:

- Make
- Model
- Serial Number
- Description of fault
- Valid Proof of Purchase in New Zealand

If you have a faulty Jands product and wish to return it to us for repair, please print out this form. Then call us for an RA number, write the RA number on the form and complete the other questions, then send the form and the product to us. Download file »
