dbx System Core
03 September 2010

The System core family includes two models, the SC32, a 32 I/O processor with a single high speed slot option and the SC64, a 64 I/O processor with two high speed option slots. All I/O cards are configurable in banks of 8 with separate gain and phantom power per channel and the units use the same wall controllers as used with the Zonepro series.
Recently, Harman released an update to extend the flexibility of the range by including an 8 channel media engine for replay of WAV files. This can be used to play out music, Chimes for paging, announcements at scheduled times, advertising or whatever your application dictates.
To facilitate self training, dbx have released a series of application guides which are currently available for download on the dbx website. These application guides include a Restaurant-Bar, recreation centre, retail store, house of worship and now an expanded retail application guide which includes 20 compatible WAV files to add to the media engine. All guides include a comprehensive pdf of the application and programming and venue file for System architect.
To download the application files simply go to the dbx SC64 or SC32 page and select the Application Guides on the right hands side.
